I'm going to talk some about church politics later this week I think. I was watching this video of a message that Andy Stanley gave to a bunch of pastors at a conference. Its about church leadership and its only seven minutes. There are a lot of reasons church politics exist but I thought the video was a good starting point for thinking about this.
I've never read anything by Andy or listened to him (until this video), but I see what all the roar is about with him. He is pretty captivating, like a great Young Life speaker with great Biblical content. I dig it.

Oooo good stuff man! Can't wait. Yeah, we get over to NPCC like 4 times a year and one of them is for the Thirsty Conference where Andy almost always does a leadership message/breakout/talk and is ALWAYS incredible.
We visited NorthPoint several times when we lived in Atlanta, and I can assure you that the Andy you see here is the same Andy that speaks every Sunday
